Ask another questionYou choose the Riwayah (transmission of Quranic recitation) you wish to learn and recite. The application form lists the available Riwayat so you can select the one you would like to study.
No. Each student recites individually to the teacher when their turn comes, with a portion suited to their level. Turns follow arrival order. You may leave after reciting or stay to learn from corrections to other students’ recitations.
In a Quran recitation circle, learners may leave after their turn or stay to benefit. Tajweed and other educational lectures must be attended in full until the lecturer finishes.
There are six Quran sessions each week, Saturday to Thursday, with Friday off. Circles are available in the morning, around midday and in the evening. Choose a suitable circle, then attend at that circle’s scheduled start time. The whole circle usually lasts 40–90 minutes depending on attendance. This is the duration of the whole circle, not each student’s recitation time.
Yes. The Quran programme fees include a weekly theoretical Tajweed lecture, progressing through Tuhfat al-Atfal, al-Jazariyyah and al-Mufid fi ‘Ilm al-Tajwid according to level. Occasional lectures on Islamic character, manners and Quranic sciences are also included; links are shared in student groups.
We do not offer a separate trial lesson. The introductory Zoom interview serves this purpose by explaining our teaching approach and study arrangements and answering questions before you commit. The supervisor may invite a child or adult learner to recite a passage to hear their reading and understand their level. Payment follows the interview, acceptance and agreement.

An Ijazah is an advanced authorisation to transmit Quranic recitation, supported by a Sanad (chain of transmission). It depends on proficiency, not a subscription period. It requires completing the Quran, passing a full-Quran assessment before a committee, and very good theoretical and practical Tajweed. The teacher’s judgement of the learner’s readiness is central; if further consolidation is needed, the learner continues studying and revising before being put forward for Ijazah.
