We collect the information you provide when you complete our registration forms for programmes and courses or when you contact us, such as your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, country, age or age group, recitation level and preferred study times. When a child is registered, the parent or guardian provides this information on the child's behalf.

How we use it

We use your data to review your application and arrange the interview, to organise study circles and courses and contact you about them, to send payment instructions after acceptance and agreement, and to tell you about new programmes, courses and platform news. You can stop receiving news emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, or by contacting us.

Services we use

We rely on trusted services to run the platform, including Google Forms and Sheets to receive applications, Zoom for lessons and interviews, WhatsApp for communication, email services to send messages, and Cloudflare to host this website. These services process data under their own privacy policies.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. Within the platform, only administrators and teachers who need it for their work can access it.

Lessons and recordings

Lessons take place live on Zoom. Any recordings made available to learners who miss a class contain only the teacher's explanation and learning materials, without other learners' images or voices.

Student testimonials

We publish a student's testimonial on this website only with their consent, and they may ask us to remove it at any time.

How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, then delete it or keep only what is necessary for the platform's records.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop us using it for news emails. Send your request to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded Google forms may use their own cookies under Google's policy.
